Removal of Debris involves actually digging up the debris, replacing it with at least 6 inches of topsoil, followed by either sodding or seeding the area.
Seeding is a tool we can use to thicken bare or thin areas. Grasses like tall fescue don’t spread well and need seeding to help damaged areas recover. The best time of year to seed is from September 1 to October 15.
